is for Darkroom.

via tumblr

This darkroom image reminds me of my darkroom in college. I received my BFA in Photography and we were given our own darkrooms to work in. It was the best. I loved locking myself in the darkroom to print, process film, and listen to music really loud. All of the boxes of paper and prints everywhere...I love it. I am finally trying to embrace digital photography, which has it's merits, but nothing can replace the experience of being in a darkroom. I definently plan to have one again someday.

  1. I have always been so interested in photography and especially processing your own pictures in a darkroom. It reminds me of Funny Face with Audrey Hepburn....oh how I wish I could learn how to use one of these. It truly is a beautiful process. Isn't it?
