Our sister, Gretchen, went to school at UMASS in Amherst. After college she moved to the Berkshires to work at the extremely charming Red Lion Inn. Ever since we visited her there I have had a romantic notion of life in the Berkshires. The trees are stunning. This photo has been on my wall for years with the other things that inspire me. We grew up in the woods and I guess I will always have a soft spot for this kind of location. I have also always thought working at MASSMoCA would be a dream job, coveniently located in, that's right, the Berkshires.
