Spring.

Well it looks like spring is here and winter is not coming back.  I've been in denial about this hoping we would get some fabulous snow days - but after a week of eighty degree weather I'm not even sure if spring will get a chance to escort us into the summer months!  Time to put my ski's away and welcome the green.  I love the way the climbing vines reappear on all of the buildings as the weather warms up - something to look forward to!

Sparkly Gifts.

Sometimes I like a bit of sparkle - when used with a sense of humor!

I love this silver satchel - and you can personalize it with your initials too!

Sparkly garlands!

Love these silver loafers!

This glitter ribbon looks great with kraft paper.

I have a weakness when it comes to coin purses - can't get enough of them!

Who wouldn't love a golden wishbone!

Or a silver tassel to add to your bag!

Don't forget the thank you card!  I love the gold lettering on these cards by Rifle Paper Co.

Summer Camp.
This summer all of my nieces and nephews went to sleep-away camp.  I loved going to camp when I was young and still remember how much I looked forward to it every year.  I am so thrilled that they all love camp as much as I did!

One of my all time favorite movies is Meatballs - Bill Murray at his best - and I have watched that movie countless times with Bea, Sol, Max, and Eloise - part of being a cool Aunt requires bringing over movies that their mom's might not choose!

Bill Murray made being a camp counselor seem pretty cool.

Love this cabin plaque with all of the bunkmates names listed!

Every camp seems to rest next to a gorgeous lake.

The sleeping cabins always had their own charm!

I wish I could still go away to camp!

This looks like a pretty good version of camp for adults.

I love a good dining hall.

When I was in high school our time at camp involved building new docks and putting new roofs on the cabins - it was so much fun and really rewarding.

I dug up this old picture from camp - me in the middle of my two best friends from camp, Salam and Hilary.  Such good memories!

My nephew Max gets back from his first week at camp this Saturday - I can't wait to hear all of his stories!

Summer Colors.

It is crazy hot around here - so let's enjoy some of the colors of summer and try to forget about the heat!

Love this dress and the elephant makes a great companion!

Aren't these garlands made of cupcake papers brilliant!

A few new striped lovelies that have caught my eye!

A great summer dining room.
This duvet would be great mixed with some color!

I would like a few of these colorful bracelets paired with your favorite vintage watch!
Another cute striped duvet!
Love this striped entry!
I picked up one of these for me and one for Rach - can't beat the $9.95 price tag and I love the pink and red stripes!
